This brief and any accompanying direction and content are correct and final. I understand that there are two allowable revisions to the completed design before an additional fee will be charged. However, I also acknowledge that any further changes to this brief or content deemed unspecified or outside of this document will incur an additional fee. The cost for a standard creative is £150 (plus VAT). No work will be carried out until a cost has been agreed. No additional costs will be incurred until they have been agreed.
